font-size: 12pt; font-weight: normal; mso-spacerun: 'yes'">說起劉小芹女士當(dāng)年創(chuàng)業(yè)時的生活，年過半百的她最先想到的不是多么的艱辛，而是她自己的孩子。1990年，已經(jīng)是兩個孩子母親的劉小芹，拾起了她一直未曾磨滅的創(chuàng)業(yè)夢想，從小就好強的她，去菜市場賣過菜，也做過水刷石，水磨石，就這樣積攢了些資金，于1991年開了自己第一家店。由當(dāng)時的生活水平所限，孩子交給鄰居照顧，當(dāng)時年僅4歲的女兒就已經(jīng)會自己洗衣服了。而她每天3、4點鐘就起床，到天津進貨，只是為了能夠跟貨車一起回來以此來節(jié)省點運費，每天只吃一頓飯，就這樣自己一直拼打在一線，21年來所有的事情都是親力親為?，F(xiàn)如今回想起往事，唯一讓她感覺內(nèi)疚遺憾的事情是當(dāng)時只顧著忙生意而忽略了孩子的學(xué)習(xí)。<br /> <br /> </span></p> <p class="p0" style="text-align: center; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: normal; mso-spacerun: 'yes'">    劉小芹陶瓷第一家店在遷安市公安局西側(cè)，21年里幾次搬遷，到達現(xiàn)在的永順街西段。中間有一位劉小芹陶瓷的老顧客，不知道劉小芹陶瓷搬到哪里去了，沿街找劉小芹陶瓷的牌子，她對劉小芹說：“我不相信別的，就相信劉小芹陶瓷這牌子！牌子在哪我就去哪買磚?！边@位顧客說的話至今讓她感動。所以這21年來，她秉承對顧客負責(zé)，讓顧客滿意的原則一直走到今天。</span><span style="font-family: '宋體'; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: normal; mso-spacerun: 'yes'">在21年的經(jīng)營生涯里，有感動，也會有不愉快，但劉小芹堅信，只要付出真心，恪守誠信，所有不愉快的事都會迎刃而解。2012年上半年，一位顧客選中了貨號為8003的地磚，等到裝修結(jié)束后，客戶反映地磚不是自己喜歡的顏色，經(jīng)過核實是由于本店員工的疏忽，錯將貨號為8003的地磚寫成了8001，導(dǎo)致裝修貼錯了磚。于是劉小芹陶瓷承諾給顧客：“磚是我們整錯了，陪您錢也行，把磚打碎，重新給您貼也行，只要你滿意?！弊罱K，顧客選擇把所有地磚打碎，重裝了貨號為8003的地磚。劉小芹陶瓷損失了一萬多元。事后她說：“劉小芹一定要做到讓顧客滿意?！?lt;/span><span style="font-family: '宋體';
